Lodha Developers plans to raise Rs 9000Cr by selling Palava land to hyperscalers, aiming to accelerate data centre expansion, attract global technology companies, and strengthen recurring rental income through digital infrastructure growth.

The latest official data shows that Maharashtra reservoirs are at 44Pct capacity below last year's level, raising concerns over water availability for agriculture, industries, and urban centres. Reservoir levels remain heavily dependent on monsoon performance and catchment rainfall in the coming weeks.
