MTNL BSNL and RINL's Rs 13500 crore worth of realty assets to hit markets after approval for their monetisation. The National Land Monetisation Corporation is expected to bring 23 prime properties across around 200 acres in six cities to the market, with an estimated asset value of ₹13,500 crore and a target of monetising ₹7,500 crore during the current financial year.
