Godrej Properties Wins 23.2-Acre Land Parcel in Greater Noida
Godrej Properties announced that it has successfully won the bid for a 23.2-acre residential land parcel located within the DMIC Integrated Township in Greater Noida through an e-auction process. The company plans to develop a premium residential housing project featuring apartments across multiple configurations.
According to the company, the proposed development carries an estimated revenue potential of more than ₹7,000 crore, making it one of the most significant land acquisitions in the NCR region this year.
The site is strategically positioned within the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) Integrated Township, an area known for modern infrastructure and strong connectivity to major transport corridors, including:
Eastern Peripheral Expressway
Noida–Greater Noida Expressway
Upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar
These connectivity advantages are expected to enhance residential demand and long-term value appreciation in the region.
NCR Continues to Attract Major Realty Investments

Meanwhile, Suraj Estate Developers has signed an agreement through its wholly owned subsidiary to acquire development rights for a land parcel in Mahim (West), Mumbai. The acquired plot is adjacent to the company's ongoing commercial project, Suraj One Business Bay.
The acquisition, valued at ₹75 crore, is expected to create approximately 1.5 lakh square feet of additional saleable carpet area and generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around ₹800 crore.
With this addition, the combined GDV of Suraj One Business Bay is expected to exceed ₹2,000 crore, reinforcing the project's significance in Mumbai's commercial real estate landscape.
