Faster Travel, Major Economic Uplift on the Horizon


The Maharashtra Government has given an in-principle approval to the ambitious Kalyan–Latur Expressway, a 442-kilometre high-speed road corridor set to transform connectivity across the state. The expressway will slash the travel time between Kalyan/Thane and Latur from roughly 10–11 hours to just 4–7 hours, unlocking new opportunities for trade, tourism and regional development. What Happens Next?

With in-principle government approval now secured, the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) will prepare the detailed project proposal and DPR.
