In a big move for Mumbai’s housing future, the Maharashtra Cabinet has approved a cluster redevelopment plan for MHADA’s aging colonies. MHADA’s Mumbai division had built 56 housing colonies in the 1950s and ’60s for low- and middle-income groups, comprising nearly 5,000 cooperative societies. The Indian Express
