SCLR Phase 2 Inaugurated Mumbai Gets Faster East–West Connectivity with the opening of the final 1.40-km elevated corridor between Bharat Nagar Road and Vakola Junction. The completed SCLR network now strengthens the connection between the Eastern and Western Express Highways through BKC, Kurla, Kalina and Chembur, while the integrated corridor is expected to reduce travel time by up to 35 minutes.
