According to the company’s latest investor presentation, Lodha plans to launch seven completely new housing projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Pune and Bengaluru during the remaining three quarters of FY 2026–27.
These seven projects are expected to cover around 5.9 million sq. ft. and carry a combined estimated revenue potential of ₹9,850 crore.
