Navi Mumbai, January 2026 — A major infrastructure milestone is unfolding in Navi Mumbai as Dhruv Consultancy emerges as the L1 bidder for the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) role on the ambitious Kharghar Coastal Road, a 9.68-kilometre, six-lane arterial corridor planned by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO). Once operational, this new infrastructure will not only cut travel times but will also improve regional traffic flow, reduce congestion on the Sion–Panvel Expressway, and support upcoming developments, including the International Corporate Park (ICP), the Kharghar Golf Course, and the FIFA-standard Centre of Excellence.
